Appointments can be booked via the online portal here
Deposits are required for all online bookings.
CANCELLATIONS & NON ATTENDANCE
I require a minimum of 36 hours notice for changes or cancellations.
Charges will apply for late cancellations & non attendance.
MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS
Multiple appointments for the same client that result in 3+ hour appointment require a minimum of 5 days notice for changes or cancellations.
PATCH TESTS
Patch tests are required for any tinting or lash lift treatments 36+ hours prior to your appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend a patch test appointment. If your patch test appointment is not attended your treatment cannot be carried out but will still be charged if I am not notified within the cancellation period or you turn up to an appointment without having attended a patch test appointment.
